At Houras AI, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. Please review the following return and refund policy:


Return Period:
You have 7 days to request a return after the activation of the service. Requests can be made through your Houras AI account or by contacting our customer service at contact@hourasai.com.


Defective Services:
If the service does not function as described, has technical issues, or does not meet the expected quality, you may request a return within 30 days of activation. Refunds for defective services will be processed as follows:

  • Full Refund: If the service is entirely non-functional or unusable.
  • Pro-Rated Refund: If the service has been partially used, refunds will be calculated based on the unused portion.

Refunds will be issued within 14 business days upon approval of your request.


Conditions for Return:
To qualify for a return:

  • The service must be in its original condition, with all features and functions intact.
  • Any passwords or access credentials created for the service must be removed before the return request. Failure to do so may result in an incomplete request.

Non-Returnable Services:

  • Services damaged due to user error.
  • Services accessed beyond the initial setup and personalization phase.
